My friend, Sara, participates in the Big Brothers, Big Sisters program and she invited me to join along with her and her little, Dana, for a trip into the mountains. First of all, I would like to say how awesome it is that she volunteers for to be a big sister. Sara is an ID fellow and is super busy otherwise. She hangs out with Dana about twice a month if not more. It is very inspiring
So we left Denver about 9:45am and got to Breckenridge about 11:30. They were having an International ice sculpturing contest. There were giant sculptures carved from people all over the world. They were pretty amazing.
Then we ate lunch and headed to Keystone for some tubing. It was so much fun and you go so FAST!!
The trip home too way too long because of a major wreck on the highway but I got some good shots of the sunset.
